Mother kali is she from whom all are born
and into whom all must eventually return.
This wonderful creation, its existence and
destruction are the outcome of the divine
perfection of motherly affection. Adyashakti,
the supreme mother whose divine presence can
be felt through meditation using controlled
body mind and soul as tantras, aiming to
purify hearts, fill life with joy and to
save us from the cycle of life and death by
a process so called “ Saraswat Sadhana “.

(Eleven Indriyas, Triguna as Satwa, Raja and
Tama) and Twenty Five Prakrities. It’s one’s own
nature that ultimately leads him towards destruction.

existence and destruction. Through no Physic appearance
shape figure and color her presence is realized
through deep concentrations backed up by regular
meditations. |

mind and soul by seizing all sensitive organs. The two

the eastern coastal plain. It has enriched with natural
and cultural heritage. The people from the beginning
have practiced the worship of mother Kali. Since the
past years, people have been worshipping Kali’s icon
along the banks of Holy Rivers, inside the caves of
dense forests around wonderful scenic beauties. |

Magnificent
architectural works like that of Kamakhsya Temple of
Assam are also found in Orissa. They are the Bhadrakali
Pitha, Subarana Mukhipitha, Bangala Pitha and Dakshina
Kali Pitha. |

Leading
Eastern Coastal District, Bhadrak is one of the most
important shaktipithas of Orissa, known as Bhadrakali
Pitha. Once it was full of dense forest with the rich
growth of trees like Bel, Mango, Sani and Deodar etc.

Bhadrakali
one of the Shaktipithas, named after the King Chanda
Bhadra the son of Soudhan. The devotees of Maa
Adyashakti Dakshina Kali stepped forward to construct a
temple of Dakshina kali in December 2002 with an
intention to achieve Viswashanti and to spread the
message of divine belonging at a burial ground at
Mathasahi a village on the Bank of River salandi about
Ten Kilometers away from Historical temple of Bhadrakali. |
| |
|
The saktas(the devotees of Goddess Kali the Adishakti)
believed that the Dakshin kali temple of Bhadrak will
not only meet the divine needs of people of Bhadrak but
also of Orissa, India and the world as a whole. To over
throw everybody’s worries and anxieties by disentangling
mind from worldliness, it will incline them towards the
lotus feet of divine mother with a motto to restore
world peace. Once one surrenders before her completely
there will be no fear of any foe, epidemic or war. |
| |
|
The
construction work of Dakshin Kali temple will be over
very soon by 2007. About sixty percent of work is over.
Devotees are eagerly waiting holding flowers at their
hands with a prayer in their lips and child’s love in
their hearts. They believe in, Matru Devo Bhava. |
